|Recommended: YesDon't Plan To Move — I truly enjoy living here. It is peaceful and relaxing. You cannot hear your neighbors unless someone is doing some extreme fussing or yelling. With normal TV and noise levels, you would never know anyone else is around. All the residents seem to be respectful. The front office staff and fast and responsive as well. Only ONE downside is the squeaky floorboards... All in all I would give this place a 4.9 5 I will definitely be renewing my lease.

|Recommended: YesResident — We have always loved Branchwood apartments it is a family orientated community and is very nice and peaceful if you’re looking for a place that’s affordable and nice to live Miss Kim is wonderful and all the office staff is so kind and maintenance makes sure to get on top of things immediately when it comes down to repairs this is the experience I have. I would recommend Branchwoods to anyone just starting out or looking for the for affordable safe, nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesLandscaping Staff Maintenance Great — I would say office is wonderful Grounds are well kept.Parking is awful because too many apartments have too many cars and park all 3cars in front of building. Another one parks friends cars in front who I think don't live here. Not enough spaces left for tenants with only one car. People slam their doors so your apt. shakes. Very noisy with all the door slamming. I've lived here nearly 4 years and I've always been treated very well from staff. Maintenance has always done a wonderful job. Maybe an email to tenants on parking issues and door slamming.
