|Recommended: YesGood For Apartment Life. — The place was built in the eighties so expect the floors to creak. It's noisy from the neighbors but that's apartment life. The parking is ample and maintenance is wonderful. Grounds cleanliness is good and landscaping is done weekly. The property staff is good. Never had any problems. If you can deal with noise and kids you'll love it.

|Recommended: YesI moved into Branchwood during the COVID pandemic and found the staff to be very informative and responsive to my concerns. Sheila and Kim always answered in a timely manner, and were very helpful with oversized mail deliveries. The onsite repair guy Hal, was always very professional in any work he had to do on my apartment. A water leak had to be repaired in my apartment that was affecting the downstairs apartment. After the repair was done, the wall where the repair was done was completely repaired and painted. I couldn't even tell where the cuts were made The only reason for leaving after my 1 year of residency, was moving to my own house. If I had to stay here again, I would do it in a heartbeat. The only thing I would change is assigned parking. The setting is quiet and the neighbors are the same. Some neighbors are reserved and some are conversationalists. I would definitely recommend Branchwood to any friends or new folks moving to the Goose Creek area
